He pioneered the formation of Tanzania Youth Alliance for Food Systems, a youth-led network established by GAIN youth leaders to champion meaningful youth engagement in food systems transformation across Tanzania. His influence in mobilizing young people and advocating for sustainable food systems and agriculture was widely recognized.

During the Arusha Food Systems Youth Awards 2024, Frank Kisamo was honored with multiple awards, reflecting his outstanding contributions:

1. Outstanding Food Systems Youth Leader of the Year 2024 (Male)

Beyond his leadership in youth networks, Frank was the CEO of Kilimo Sustainable Movement, an initiative dedicated to turning food waste into fertilizers, promoting sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation.

Born on November 21, 2000, Frank’s impact on the food systems and youth empowerment space was profound. His journey was tragically cut short on February 27, 2025, but his legacy of leadership, innovation, and commitment to food systems transformation will continue to inspire generations to come.
